Please fully read and understand our Shipping, Live Arrival Guarantee Policy and Terms of Service.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is our biggest concern and we do our very best to make you happy with your purchase. Please contact us right away if you have any issues. Give us a chance to fix any problems!

We ship to the lower 48 states with the exception of certain feeders mentioned below.
We try to make our ordering and shipping as easy as possible!!
We ship Monday and Tuesday so your order hopefully arrives before the weekend and to help ensure your feeder insects and supplies arrive fresh and healthy. All orders placed after Tuesday at 9am PST will ship the next available shipping day. It's that easy!
We usually package all orders in secure mesh bags for ventilation with egg flat & food for their journey to help guarantee the safety of your order during transit. Feeder orders typically get a an over count to ensure ordered amount and offset any DOA. Shipping costs are a flat fee. We aim to provide a seamless shipping experience to build trust and satisfaction with you, our awesome customers!!!

PLEASE NOTE:
Dubia: We can not ship DUBIA products to the states of FLORIDA, ALASKA, HAWAII.
Orange Heads and Lobster roaches: We CAN NOT ship to Florida.
Any purchases made from these restricted areas will be automatically refunded.
Live Arrival Guarantee/LAG & Terms of Service
- Currently all orders are shipped USPS mail.
-We highly recommend any live animal orders be held for pick up when possible! Your order will be held inside a climate controlled building until you can pick them up rather than an additional day in a delivery truck. A lot if not most issues happen between the post office and the destination delivery address.
-We guarantee live delivery under normal weather conditions (en route temperatures between 40-90º).
-If you find there is an abnormal amount of DOA in your order, you must contact us within 2 hours of delivery based on the USPS tracking timestamp and provide photos of your DOA with any details. Please do remember we always ad extra to compensate for any loss.
-It is you the customer's responsibility to provide the accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for orders being delivered to incorrect addresses.
-We do not guarantee when USPS will deliver your package and we are not responsible for shipping delays. USPS always provides a timeframe but does not guarantee it. Once the package is in their care we have no control over it. So please, if you have selected the package to be delivered directly to your address you must track it's progress through the USPS system with the tracking info we send to the email address provided when you ordered.
