We usually ship in mesh well ventilated bags with egg crates and food. We feel this is the best way for your order of feeders to survive their journey and arrive in a healthy manner. Please note: we may ship in deli cups with vented lids on occasion. Everything is based on how your package is put together to ensure everything in your order arrives safe. There are certain feeders that ship easier in deli cups as well.

You can also find a link at the bottom of the page as well. We do our best to resolve any issues if they arise and always recommend having your shipment held at the post office.

Yes we do!! We are located in the North East area of Los Angeles just north of Dodger Stadium.. Please reach out to us if you are local and would like to pick up. We are always happy to meet our customers face to face!

Yes besides offering discounts when purchasing 500 or 1000 count as you can see on each individual feeder, we do further discounts depending on the size between quantities of 2500-10,000. The only condition your shipment must be held at the post office for pick up.

We can not ship Dubia roaches to Florida, per Florida State Law as well as Orange Head Roaches. and Lobster Roaches. A great alternative feeder are Discoid roaches which are!! Check them out under "Other feeders".

Currently we only offer USPS shipping. If this changes or we add an additional shipper we will update the website. Make sure to sign up for updates!

There is no set industry size chart for feeder insects. Sizes for small, medium, etc vary from one seller to the next. Originally we didn't use the terms "small, medium, large, etc.", and opted to only go by the exact size range(ie.1//4-3/8) as we wanted you know to exactly what you are getting. We've since changed it to what people normally use but always make sure to make it very clear the actual size feeder you are ordering. If it's your first time visiting our site you may be pleasantly surprised by our size/prices compared to other vendors. If you have any issues with the size of your feeder order don't hesitate to contact us and include photos.

We have found that the majority of customers don't use all their feeders in a short amount of time like a week regardless if they are getting 100 or 500. But rather get feeders to supply their pet/s for a fair amount of time before having to reorder. We try and get a good mix of feeders in your order with most usually being on the larger side. Remember we love packing heavy!!! So we recommend ordering the maximum size feeder for your baby and use those first. While continuing to feed the smaller ones and letting them grow until they are the right size for your pet. If you are specifically looking at getting an order of all the exact same size we can do our best to help you. Send us an email and we can talk.

Many times since your package is marked live animals/insects your package may have been placed in a different place than where your mail is usually placed. Please check around for it. If you are not able to find the package, please contact your local post office. They are able to talk to the post office worker that delivered the package. It is our understanding that they are now taking photos when they deliver. Please reach out to us if they can not find the package. One of the many reasons we recommend having your shipment held at the post office for pick up.

Not to worry. We know there are occasions that some feeders will not survive the journey. We always ad extra to help compensate for any loss. If you feel like there are a lot DOA than the added extras please email us and include some photos. You can find more information in the Shipping/LAG section of our website. Also please remember some of these lil guys may have also molted in transit so do check if its a dead roach or a freshly shed skin:)

Shipping is free for orders over $59. All other orders are a flat $7.
