Powder Orange Isopods

Powder Orange isopods (Porcellionides pruinosus) are a hardy and colorful isopod.
 
These really are one the best beginner isopods for anyone wanting to try their hand at starting a bioactive set up or just wanting to try keeping them as pets. Excellent cleaner, can live in a variety of environments(even semi arid) and reproduce easily.
Geckos, frogs and other lizards also like to make these an occasional snack.
Make sure to give them a lot of leaf litter to hide and eat. They love fish flake, squash and give them a real treat like our dried minnows which you can find in our bioactive section.
